VLA and how has it help to heal the world

It was first introduce in the year 3033 after the World's civil war which ended in the year 3029. Even tho the world's government owns 55% of say in the VLA they are not the original ones to write the ACT. Surprisingly it was the Richest people on the planet all millionaires and billionaires came together with The VIRTUAL LIFE ACT.

What is it

You can say it was a way to help the people of the 20/20 world to heal after the war was over a lot of lives were lost during and after the war those 6 years where some of the worst recorded. In the year 3032 some of the richest people in the world came together to try their best to come up with ways to help and to say sorry for unwillingly helping in the wars without knowing. With some of the technology that was left behind and with the help of the people they put together money time and wits and made a new Virtual world connected by one computer or AI as you would say.

What the AI did was allow people to upload pictures and videos of the ones they lost and relive some moments again over and over. Once more and more people got on board VLA also improved, by adding future events or artificial events such as birthdays, going to theme parks and even upload real life events. Some said it was a way to sweep the war under the rug, but the people got better, which cause the world's government to get involved. They tried to take over but the people one and fought back for the ones they lost and all came to an agreement, which was the government to fund the Spread of the VLA . Because of this the founders knew they has to expand because it was free to the public to use at no cost only their time. which cause the Computer's AI to grow into it owe server and then it began.

A new world

People could visit this world with all the recorded loses during the WORLD'S CIVIL WAR. But not only one world but 1000 of them each with events to do to live out from the real world (20/20 world). With the technology and the money it was only matter of time of it to become and progress to what it is now. People started to live out the lives in the VLA which cause some set back but however the people came together and made the government to use their technology and money to fund for they VLA gear we use now. Not only do they fund it they also help fund for the help needed for one to live their lives inside of this new server. Which is why every household has its own VLA nurse. Their job is to help and monitor users heath and to make sure ones to not go over the limit of 4 hours, unless given special permission. Because of this people mental health improved which caused them to be more happy and healthier, crime went down in the 20/20 WORLD however increased in the Server, which caused for a big issue. The founders looked for a new program or a way to help fight the crime and because of the old virtual reality games and countless time and money spent a new AI was born of the Memories of the original lost ones. Which allowed this AI to monitor the crime and help with stopping it. Which cause a new way of LIFE but giving special people gifts to use to help fight back, which cause a mini problem with the people but the WORLD'S GOVERNMENT came up with a way to even it out thus NEWGAME was born a Virtual world where anyone can live any life they wanted and be anything. The VLA has come a long way but it has help so much and will continue to grow and improve our lives as we speak.
